Something to Think About
- The Bible tells us that the Apostle Paul single mindedly “pressed toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus” (Phil. 3:14). He knew the dangers of dabbling in the many devices of Satan that would take our minds off this goal.
- If the Apostle thought it so important to pursue this vocation, shouldn’t we?
- How do any avoid being like those described by Christ – who would appear at the judgment, confident of their eternal salvation only to tragically hear Christ say, “Depart from me ye that work iniquity, I never knew you” (Mt. 7:23)?
